                             RESOLUTION NO.   20457  
                  
                  
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE 
                  CITY ATTORNEY TO FILE ANY EMINENT DOMAIN 
                  PROCEEDINGS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN EASEMENTS FOR 
                  THE NORTHWEST GEORGIA REGIONAL SEWER SYSTEM.
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Office of the City Attorney be 
       and is hereby authorized to file eminent domain proceedings 
       against certain individuals and entities, including but not 
       limited to Glenn P. Webb, Sr., Barbara J. Stanfield, Metro Homes 
       and the City of East Ridge, which are necessary to obtain 
       easements for the Northwest Georgia Regional Sewer System.
